Spray Drone Services
Crop spraying by drone. No wheel tracks, no airstrip, no waiting.
Skyline AgDrone is an FAA Part 137 certified spray drone operator. We fly the DJI Agras T25 spray drone for fungicide and liquid fertilizer applications on row crops, orchards, vineyards, and specialty acres — fungicide-only, no herbicides or pesticides. Fully insured, same-week scheduling.
Every Liquid, One Spray Drone
The DJI Agras T25 spray drone applies any product labeled for aerial use at 2-3 gallons per acre with a centimeter-accurate swath.
- // 01
Row-Crop Fungicide
Tassel-time corn fungicide, wheat head scab protection, and soy/canola disease passes applied above canopy with full leaf-underside coverage.
- // 02
Orchard & Vineyard Fungicide
Cover sprays for apples, cherries, grapes, and stone fruit — tight buffers and slow planned passes for full canopy coverage.
- // 03
Rescue Fungicide Passes
Wet-ground fungicide rescues after rain when ground rigs would rut the field. Same-week scheduling beats a crop duster queue.
- // 04
Liquid Fertilizer Drone
Foliar nitrogen, micronutrients, and rescue feeds applied at variable rate from your NDVI prescription.
From Call to Coverage in 48 Hours
- // 01
Field Scout
Multispectral pre-flight pass maps crop health, weed pressure, and terrain hazards before a single drop is applied.
- // 02
Flight Plan
Your prescription map (or our NDVI-derived variable-rate plan) is loaded into the DJI Agras T25 spray drone. We set swath, altitude, and rate to label.
- // 03
Apply
The spray drone takes off from the field edge with no airstrip and no wheel tracks. RTK GPS and terrain radar keep every pass within centimeters.
- // 04
Report
Within 24 hours you get a digital application report with acres covered, gallons applied, geo-tagged coverage map, and weather data.
- // 05
Guarantee
If our post-flight scout shows a missed strip or sub-rate zone, we re-fly that patch at no charge.

Spray Drone Questions
What is a spray drone?
+
A spray drone is an unmanned aerial vehicle fitted with a tank, pressurized nozzles, and RTK GPS that applies liquid fungicide or fertilizer to crops from low altitude. Skyline AgDrone flies the DJI Agras T25 spray drone, a 20kg payload, 11m swath, FAA Part 137 certified platform for fungicide-only application.
How much does a spray drone cost to hire?
+
Pricing depends on acreage, crop type, and weather windows. Text or call us at 604 BC DRONE for a same-day quote. Buying a spray drone outright runs well into the tens of thousands plus chemicals, batteries, certification, and licensing — most growers find hiring an operator pays off until they cross several hundred acres of annual spray work.
How many acres can a spray drone cover in a day?
+
A DJI Agras T25 spray drone with swap-batteries and an on-site water tender covers 100 to 160 acres of spray work per day. For larger contracts we dispatch multi-drone teams so a 500-acre prescription finishes in a single weather window.
Can a spray drone replace a ground sprayer or crop duster?
+
For the right job, yes. Spray drones eliminate wheel tracks and soil compaction, fly when fields are too wet for tractors, apply variable rates from a prescription map, and skip the airstrip a crop duster needs. Ground rigs still win on huge contiguous dry acreage; spray drones win on irregular fields, wet ground, tall canopies, specialty crops, and targeted zones.
How much does drone spraying cost per acre?
+
Every field is different. Text or call 604 BC DRONE and we'll quote based on acreage, crop, and access. Chemicals, mixing, water tender, application report, and re-fly guarantee are included.
Do you need a license to fly a spray drone?
+
Yes. Commercial spray drone operators in the US need an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, FAA Part 137 agricultural aircraft certification, and a state applicator license. Skyline AgDrone carries all three plus application liability insurance, so you do not need any certification to hire us.
What products do you apply with the spray drone?
+
Skyline AgDrone applies fungicides and liquid fertilizer only — we do not apply herbicides or pesticides. The pressurized nozzles produce a label-compliant droplet spectrum at 2 to 3 gallons per acre.
